There was nothing we did not love about our stay here. Our room was beautiful, updated, and clean. The overall design of the property was breathtaking. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. Beautiful hotel. We loved our room with the private pool/jet tub, as well as another main pool that overlooks the ocean. The entire staff was welcoming and went the extra mile to accommodate us. There is an onsite restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner as well. We did not have the chance to see it during our stay, but there is also a cenote down the road that is bike riding distance. Bicycles are available to ride. I would love to return again.

Playa Esperanza is the perfect place to unwind, it’s super ideal for a couples getaway or honeymoon. All the staff is super nice and helpful. The only downside for me, it’s that not all of their rooms have AC, they’re an eco friendly hotel and there is no fridge, iron or hair dryer, and they shut the power for a couple of hours as they are running on generators. But I love that they care about the environment!
