““I stayed at the Atholl Palace Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, making it uncomfortable to shower. The bed and other facilities were quite uncomfortable as well. There was no concierge service, which I found inconvenient. Apart from the nice views and the historical charm of staying near the castle, I didn’t find much value in the experience.””

“The staff were all very friendly and tried to be helpful. However when we arrived there was no one in reception and we had to wait 10 mins before someone turned up. When we arrived at our room which was large spacious and generally clean, there was no kettle to make tea. There was fecal material in the toilet bowl. Upon walking down two flights of stairs I was told to get hot water fro the coffee machine. Eventually a kettle was found. Evening meal basic but good. Breakfast poor overcooked...

“Wonderful resort. Absolutely everything about the stay was amazing. Except for having to check out. We did not want to leave. Fantastic location, great amenities, fantastic pool/hot tub. Room was super comfortable. Can't wait to get back.”
