The location and the grounds on this spot is obviously the best part about it, we were blessed with good weather but I can imagine this spot is prefect all year round! Comfy rooms, lit fires, live pianist, and good food! What more could you ask for!

““I stayed at the Atholl Palace Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects. The water pressure in the bathroom was weak, making it uncomfortable to shower. The bed and other facilities were quite uncomfortable as well. There was no concierge service, which I found inconvenient. Apart from the nice views and the historical charm of staying near the castle, I didn’t find much value in the experience.””
“Scaffolding up in front of hotel, elevator broken. We were put in a room requiring three sets of stairs and long uneven hallways to get to (its a historic building so I get that). No unloding of suitcases in front of hotel, you have to use the local municipal lot - and it only accepts COINS or download/fill out an app to pay, or park further away (no hotel parking available). Four poster bed was plain and too big for the room. Big bathtub but water not hot enough. Breakfast buffet was great...

No WiFi no outlet for phone charger- told this is the UK.
TV was not working. The mattress was old. The worst mattress that I ever slept on.
Decent breakfast.
I would not recommend staying here.”
