"The views were unparalleled. The food was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the all inclusive meal and drinks tracking. It was hard to understand why there was a bill presented for each meal. We thought it may be to increase tips because the amounts appeared to be inflated for what we received. "

"The mattress felt a but outdated. It was a but challenging locating the hotel as there was no lighting in the signage they had on the road. Staff was good and offered multiple activities for guest"

"Overall a good resort, most staff very friendly and service was good. It’s a beautiful property and pool area and amenities were great. Loved most of the food, although had to wait for a table most nights. The 24 hour coffee/dessert bar was also a wonderful perk! I did have a couple issues during the stay: my water was off in my room for several hours and had to report it. Not sure if the cause. Also, I took the water aerobics class and the male instructor was very pushy and made us touch strangers in ways that were pretty uncomfortable. I tried to leave several times and he tried to force me to stay. I do not recommend taking this class. Lastly noise was an issue well into nighttime so sleeping was a challenge from my room. I had up use earplugs abd even then, there was noise until midnight. Other than that, I loved the shows, entertainment and live music. I would probably go again although there is definitely room for improvement! "
