Windsor Plaza Hotel

"Great service overall especially the frontline staff such as Lan , Trung, Lac, Nhi and some others who were so helpful and greeted us with a warmth and welcoming smile and were more than willing to answer any questions that I had. I also appreciated the many languages that the staff could communicate in many languages such as Cantonese, Chiuchow, besides Vietnamese. These staff members are great assets to Windsor Plaza hotel. Room service is great and really took care of what we need by making sure the room and everything is clean. That’s why I came back the second time . However, the reception staff need to communicate a bit more clearly as I was told to book the handicap room last year (my first time stayed at the hotel) in order to have the room that has a standing shower because most rooms only have bathtub which is not safe for my elderly mother to climb in and out the bathtub every time she takes a shower because the tub is very high/tall which can be unsafe for an elderly person to climb in and out for taking a shower. My mother and I are not in anyway to be considered as handicapped and therefore the handicapped room that was provided to us initially was not suitable nor appropriate. I had to talk to the supervisor on duty in order for us to move to-a room that has standing shower; other than this issue everything else was good."

"I only booked a one-night stay here to transition into the city after a long flight, and it was the absolute best decision. Every single aspect of this hotel works seamlessly together to deliver a true 5-star experience, especially for the incredible price point. The reliability of their free airport shuttle service was a lifesaver, the driver patiently waited 90 minutes for me to clear customs, and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and professional upon arrival. The room itself was fantastic: the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the AC blew ice cold, and the in-room coffee was absolutely delicious. The amenities are top-notch. I kicked off my jet lag the next morning with a crisp, refreshing swim at their gorgeous rooftop pool while watching the planes on the runway. Afterward, I grabbed an amazing lunch (highly recommend the local dishes!) at their on-site bistro restaurant. Having a Starbucks right on-site is also a massive bonus for international travelers. For the price, comfort, and hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay. I will absolutely be back!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Caravelle, from the very friendly welcome and efficient checkin, to the immaculate, quiet and spacious room with crisp bed linens, marble bathroom with good quality toiletries and fantastic water pressure, not to mention the large outdoor pool with ample sunbeds, towels and attentive pool service. Highly recommend !"

"It was a great place to stay, I wouldn't pay the extra for the welcome drink/breakfast. When we checked in there was no welcome drink. They had emailed me about check in and I emailed them back asking about the welcome drink and got no response. Just don't pay the extra, other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!"
