"Good, comfortable stay, in a good location near anything you'd need. Only two minor gripes, one is that there's no stair exit down, the elevators are slim and get packed easily in the mornings, it gets very frustrating and all the stairwells are alarmed for fire use. Second is that the mini fridge, at least in my room would not stay on without the room key plugged in, which makes it essentially useless while you're out of the room. Good stay, would recommend."

"This is a nice hotel to stay at when you need to catch a flight. Easy walk, on the same floor, from the arrival area to the hotel. Although the lobby is big, congested and a bit confusing, it becomes quiet and pleasant once in the room. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There are many dining options on the bottom floor of the Haneda Airport Garden which is connected to the hotel. The buffet breakfast at the VF Grand hotel was very good with lots of selections."

"Amazing hotel, great service at a great price, located near major stations to get everywhere in Tokyo quickly. Amenities were restocked daily. Only issue was the washer/dryers. "Several key points made this hotel a great stay: the location is preferred by those who do not wish to track their luggage through the train system of Tokyo. The rooms are incredibly quiet to outside noise, zero noise from outside. Their are over a dozen different restaurants within T3 as well as giftshops and a Lawsons. The breakfast was consistently tasty and had lots of variety. The staff was superb and professional, especially the housekeeping and front desk attendants. And the Tokyo monorail is RIGHT THERE in T3 providing immediate access to ALL of the country via rail."
