El departamento esta cómodo y agradable. Estuvimos ahí 4 noches mi hija y yo y la pasamos muy bien. Javier estuvo siempre disponible y atento con nosotras. Es realmente una persona muy dedicada a su trabajo y le agradecemos mucho toda su ayuda sin embargo cuando nosotras llegamos el domingo 16 de febrero, llegamos ya tarde y el nos estaba esperando pero después se tuvo que ir para descansar y sugiero que pongan alguien en recepción en la noche también porque iba ser complicado si llegábamos mas tarde y no hubiera nadie...

Wow what amazing staff, also spoke great English. We felt like we kind of had the best of two hotels with this because of the quick walk to the breakfast at another location. Also when our pool was being cleaned they would send us to the other hotel so we never had to wait. Huge room and very clean! Everyday!

We liked that the Front Desk Clerks were all very knowledgeable and super helpful with anything that we needed, from advice on cool things to do, tips on what types of transportation to use, and recommendations on good places to eat around town.

Apartment was lovely and cool before turning the air conditioning on. They had bikes we could use. Laundry place just around the corner. Beach a few kms away. Only downside was the shower didn’t have a curtain of any sort so the water went everywhere

EXCELENTE UBICACION Y AMPLISIMAS HABITACIONES

Ubicacion perfecta, a una cuadra de la carretera 307 que va o viene de Cancun y el Boulevard Coba que te deja en 5 minutos en la zona de playa de Tulum. Enfrente una farmacia completa y una oficina para cambiar divisas, mucha seguridad tanto en el hotel como en la zona de Parking. Bicicletas de cortesia para moverte por el centro de Tulum Sin lugar a dudas el mejor Hotel de la zona centrica de Tulum

Llegue a la medianoche y la gente de seguridad me recibio y me ayudo con las maletas. Tiene una excelente ubicacion geografica el hotel Las habitaciones perfectas camas grandes y colchon en excelente estado. cuenta con todos los servicios para hacerte un rico desayuno, almuerzo y cena Cocina a gas, tostadora, heladera gigante y de ultima tecnologia, todo tipo de utensillos de cocina. Quarto confortável, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, estacionamento aberto porém seguro. Tem câmbio e mercado grande bem próximos ao hotel. O café da manhã é servido em outro hotel que fica a duas quadras aproximadamente. Quarto silencioso. Único defeito que encontrei é que após um tempo a água do chuveiro esfria. Se você tomar banho rápido não terá problemas. Ótimo custo beneficio.

Clean Condo Hotel in Tulum

Very nice Condo Hotel, the room is clean, the staff is nice and very helpful. They rent you a bicycle without a cost and you can go to the beach, Mayan ruin etc in it. A++++!

Great location close to the main avenue in the city center and very close to the bike routes that lead to the beach and the ruins. Free use of beach towels and bikes are also a great plus! Staff has excellent recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs to suit your preferences. Staff was welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Peaceful and clean

Had a great stay at Palms Tulum, condo was extremely clean, staff was friendly and helpful, security was provided at night and bicycles available for use (free). Condo is centerally locates in town and about 2 miles (20 min bike ride) to beaches and Grand Cenote. Would recommend Palms Tulum, only con was WiFi was intermittent on the 3rd floor condo, but worked great poolside.

The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The room was immaculate and quite spacious. The location is perfect for walks downtown, taking a rental car to the beach, or traveling to Mayan ruins, or swimming in a cenote. Or, if you prefer, the hotel has bicycles for your personal use for an easy ride to the beautiful white sandy public beaches. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
