Upper Town, Québec City hotel rooms at the Independent

"The hotel is stunning, both inside and outside. The staff are courteous, accommodating and friendly! We got an upgraded room upon check in (which did take a while to get done because one staff was working the desk at the time we checked in which was later in the evening) which was a welcomed surprise after a hectic travel day. The room was spotless and beautiful - it had everything you’d need. We wanted to take the tour which gave you the history of the hotel but did not get a chance too so that would be our only suggestions! 5/5 stars, would absolutely stay again!"

"All of the staff was very courteous, helpful and nice, no matter if they were client facing staff or not! The hotel is also c’ose to the Vieux-Quebec, and the buffet breakfast was great!"
