Wonderful service. So friendly leading up to the arrival. The room is massive with two balcony’s. Plenty of parking out front. Modern and lovely, will certainly stay again when we come back.
It’s an attractive property unfortunately a lot of road noise, the shower did not drain and the window shades did not properly close. Tha staff were helpful. On site boutique with quality items and a coffee shop.

Disliked: Amenities
We booked Casa Narau based on its 9.8 rating on Hotels.com. This review reflects the overall stay experience, not just cleanliness or individual amenities.
The most significant issue was noise. Traffic, trucks, taxis, and music were clearly audible late at night and again in the morning. The level of outside noise made consistent, restful sleep impossible.
The second major issue was the absence of coffee. There was no coffee in the room, no coffee in the lobby, and none available for purchase. Having to get dressed to go out and get a cup of coffee is unacceptable.
The room itself was modern, clean, and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, several maintenance and execution details were lacking. The rainforest shower head was clogged and sprayed water inconsistently. Shower dispensers were unlabeled and only one was filled. The soap dispenser at the sink was broken and dropped down when used.
At check-in, guests are provided with a detailed list of rules, including a 50% charge if not present at the front desk at 11:00 a.m., with room entry by 1:00 p.m., which set a very poor first impression.
Based on these factors, the experience did not align with a near-perfect rating.
