"This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Kitchen was more than equipped- with pans and plates - dishwasher and soaps - bathroom has everything, front desk had beach towels to borrow…. Most comfortable beds ever… futon for extra space We will be back and wish we stayed longer. Staff was the BEST! Roof top deck had a grill and the best view. "

"When we got there, there was no person at the front desk to check us in. We had to walk around the boardwalk to find dinner and come back. They only allow housekeeping on the third day of our stay. It is a beachfront property, so sand is inevitable. I would not stay there again. There was a weird smell. Very plain room. No air conditioning. And a mattress that felt like a dog bed. Disappointed. But the location was great. "

"The location is good, not amazing. The layout of the hotel was odd. There really is no lobby. I think I like having a lobby. No pool but an area in the sun where one could lay out a bit. Odd little water machine in the hall on my floor that gave warm water to drink, why? Room was a bit cramped, same with bathroom. Windows opened. Non view. Staff courteous and friendly. No elevator. Microwave in the hallway. Quirky. Clean. "

"Great location & clean. Quick walk to the beach and great restaurants. It’s a charming building. Only thing that bugged me was the wifi was slow and spotty and you have to pay to upgrade.. they don’t advertise that part. It was a bit frustrating for my work trip. "
