“Convenient location with easy access to DC. Can walk to casual dining place like TGIs. Only thing disappointing was morning staff around 10am weekdays don’t answer when you call front desk. Went down in person and sure enough lady was there just didn’t want to work I guess. Extended my stay, room hasn’t been cleaner in 3 days, let’s see how long they’ll keep it uncleaned.”

“숙박 2일동안 기본적으로 제공되는 물은 한병밖에 없었다. 객실에 커피머신이 있는데 커피와 티를 이용했음에도 다음날 커피와 티를 채워주지 않았다. 서비스부분에서 실망스러운 부분이었다. 객실에 칫솔, 치약, 슬리퍼, 나이트가운은 없다. 드라이어기와 다리미는 있었다. Gym에 웨이트 트레이닝 머신이 절대적으로 부족해서 다음번에도 이 호텔을 이용할지는 미지수다. ”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a mixup with my reservation (user error) and the woman at the front desk help me correct everything. The beds and pillows were great. The pressure in the shower was amazing! It felt like standing under a waterfall. My only suggestion is see if the landscapers could come at a later time. They were outside of our window at 6am. Hotel is a short drive to the metro. Overall great stay!”

“Check in was easy as possible. Staff were exceptionally kind. Ty especially was a stand out. Stayed twice back to back since my first stay was so good.”

“I was inconvenienced for one of the two days because there were no towels. I told them the delivery vehicle was late and asked them to press 0, but they said it wasn't their problem.”
