“The room was clean but breakfast wasn’t the best and had limited options. The parking lot was under construction and was hard to find how to access the parking lot for the hotel. We were unaware of it beforehand, and had to navigate construction in the rain. Was told the hotel shuttle would take us to the cruise terminal, which they did, but was told it was a 2 mile drive, when it was closer to a .7 mile drive using the access roads between properties. “We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.”

“The room had mold on the walls and smelled moldy. Other guests also complained of the musty smell. Staff was very friendly. We paid $300 a night for a room and this should have been more of $100 night room due to quality.”
