"The property is in immaculate condition. The property manager is extremely kind and friendly. She was available throughout the stay. The house is well maintained and very clean. It is easy to get to in the neighborhood. It is farther out from Galveston shops and restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal. We had great access to a good driveable beach that is quiet. We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location and management group. "

"This beach house is very beautiful and walking distance to the beach which is a bonus. Our family enjoyed staying here, the only downsides were that there are no curtains for privacy in any of the rooms and one of the comforter sets needs to be upgraded due to being very worn. Overall it is a good place to stay "

"Clean rooms, ample parking, walking distance and great views of the beach. One day either of our room keys worked. I feel like they forgot we were in the room because the water was turned off and the room was not made up. Once I went down to get new keys, everytjing worked and the next day our rooms were cleaned. Morning breakfast and coffee was always a nice thing and the breakfast staff always keep everything well stocked and clean."

"This was a very easy stay in a well-priced hotel. The pool area was amazing and very clean. The property was mowed, and cleaning staff were available throughout the day busy cleaning on the property. The noise level was very quiet. I appreciated that the motel allowed our dogs to stay on property, but I do wish people would pick up after their pets. That last was no fault of the property. Signs are out along with waste bags and bins. There are so few free pet motels out there, especially in such good condition that guests should take time to appreciate it more, as well as the fact that other guests would no doubt appreciate it as well. The laundry facilities were down during our stay, so I couldn't rate the ammenities offered as a 5 star, but everything else was operable and cleanly. The television worked fine both with the channels the hotel offered, as well as with apps from our phone. The AC was very cold and the plumbing seemed to be fairly recent and upkept. We will return back when we visit Galveston again. A huge thank you to all the desk clerks and the housekeeping for their attention to our needs and for the very kind and professional attitudes."

"The hotel was a great place to sleep and in a very convenient location to get where we wanted to go. The staff was great very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was pretty basic nothing to write home about. The rooms were cleaned for the most part and maybe because the hotel is older with a slight face lift made it seemed a bit dirty but overall it was a good experience. Would stay here again."

"The room was clean but there were stains on the walls in the hallway, wallpaper peeling off, and the "blankets" were fitted mattress toppers. The "bar" and "snack area" didn't exist and the breakfast was mediocre at best. Coffee in the morning was burnt one morning and cold the next, and the only tea bags availe were generic (great value brand), plain bags from WalMart. Most of the staff was friendly, except the person who checked us in, not helpful at all and was very obvious she did not want to be there. We booked a room for 3 adults, with a king sized bed, and we were expecting a pull out sofa (as described on the booking) but got a king sized bed with a chais lounge (screen shot attached). We asked for a room with a pull out sofa and were told they didn't have any room with that. We were instead put in a room with 2 double beds, which worked but no mention of any price difference. Would NOT stay here again."
