“We get there and wait 20 if not 30 minutes for the reception to come to the front to check us in. We get to our room and it smells awful. We request a new room, and it was extremely hot, the bedding was made but not clean. There was make up smeared across the sheets. I dropped something and had to get it from under the bed. Not sure when’s the last time or if it’s ever been cleaned under. We asked for a tv remote, waited an hour for said remote, just for the tv to not work. There was hair all...

“Front desk was lovely and helpful. They stored our bags while we ate before check-in across the street. Breakfast food was good except that staff is AWFUL!! Rude. Cleaned up food well before allowed time to eat was over. Probably won’t stay here again for that reason. Has a shuttle to the cruise lines but for some reason they charge $20 a person for that. Poop and hot tub are nice but breakfast and shuttles in that area matter so if you need those AVOID this hotel. To end on a good note there is...

“Hot tub was colder than the pool. Name of the place is Dawn not turtle romance so that was super confusing. Property was super nice. However the palm tree in the middle of the patio is annoying. Condo was up 2 flights of stairs and we had elderly with us so that was a pain. I know next time to make sure we have wheelchair accessibility. ”

“The property contact in Hotels.com was not up to date when I booked. Once I was given the proper contact of Des with CasaBella Estates, everything was smooth and communication was great. Really convenient to be able to walk to Walmart for anything you may have forgotten. I was able to make all of our meals here just with the 2 burner range. Great proximity to the beach to walk and catch a beautiful sunrise. ”

“My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and it was perfect! The bed was comfortable and clean, the pillows were soft and the condo was adorable and clean as well. We had to buy a small thing of laundry detergent but that was not a big deal at all. It was nice to be able to wash all of our clothes before we left so we didn’t have to when we got back home. The gulf is not far from the condo and the views from the bedroom deck were beautiful. We watched the sun rise...
