“Need to let trailers know that even with a balcony that you can't smoke from there you still have to go down and out of the hotel to smoke”

“We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.”

“This is a road side motel located off the service road of 45. Facilities are in need of MAJOR repairs. Floors are filthy in the room, rust on everything metal, holes in the walls, peeling bathtubs.. The air conditioner rattled all night and the train runs directly behind the hotel, so there’s that to listen to early in the mornings. Very disappointed for the price I paid. “Clean rooms clean pool very helpful staff from maintenance to front desk very nice people every time we crossed them only down side both days they only had coffee but yet understandable holiday weekend don’t want to be a Karen about it had a nice coffee”

“Good stay. Room was clean. The outside could use a little clean up. Only concern about the room was that one of the beds was pushed up against the air conditioner. That could cause the air conditioner to burn up in the future. I just pulled the bed out a little away from it. Staff was great at check in.”

“Room was seemed very clean and bathroom too. Woke up the next morning and there was a mouse poo on the sink. There seems to be a hole beside the pipe that comes out of the side wall where pipe comes out. Needs to be filled. Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was nice and very cold. Has a fridge and microwave. No coffee machine. Had to go to front desk area to get coffee. I know the hotel is very close to the beach, so sand can be an issue in halls. “Our check in experience was not great. We waited 2 hours past check in time and 2 of the 3 rooms that I booked almost a month before were still not cleaned. We actually had to take a down grade on one of the rooms just to get in, missing dinner reservations. The down graded room that was supposed to be ready, had hair all over the bathroom floor, several spiders and spider webs in the corners and literal crap on the wall. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel.”
