"The suite was large, clean and having the kitchen made meals a lot easier. We were disappointed at the surrounding area which has a lot of homeless and disadvantaged people walking around. We actually felt somewhat worried when we would leave to go for a walk or dine out."

"Les chambres sont propres et accueillantes, le foyer électrique est agréable. C’est assez tranquille, sauf si des gens décident de faire une course et de crier dans le corridor à 3h du matin! Le manque de savoir vivre de certains clients a diminué la qualité de notre expérience, mais ça rien avoir avec les commodité pas de l’hôtel. Le bistro est agréable!"

"Everything was very good overall, and the staff were fast and helpful. However, I was very disappointed with the cleaning staff because they could not understand English at all, which made communication very difficult. The biggest disappointment was the pool. I specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool, but I didn’t use it even once because it was extremely dirty. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool."
