“Our first stay at this Hotel and it was well worth it!!! The parking was easy and i felt at ease with my car parked under covered parking with a well lit area. Check in was quick and the staff very friendly! I love the availability of the food and drinks on premises!!! Waking up to Fresh coffee made to order was the icing on the cake!!! Will be booking my next Galveston trip coming up soon and this will be our chosen Hotel!!!!! ”

“We’ve always loved staying here. It’s a beautiful hotel and great location. I do have to say the service was lacking from the start on this stay. The valet was visiting with 2 other employees on arrival and then got on his phone. We started unloading. He finally came after we were unloaded, asking for check-in info and never offered assistance, a cart or anything. Upon checking in the guy at the reception desk seemed bothered that I’d booked through a “3rd party” and told me he had to fix...
