"The hotel was clean and the location was great. We were there for a wedding on the property so it was convenient for our needs. The pools and hot tubs were nice. The fitness center was very basic and the advertised arcade was really just a couple claw machines in the hallway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. My biggest reason for a lower rating was for the price we paid for a room, the rooms could use a good amount of maintenance and upgrades. The TV was tiny. The cabinet that held the mini fridge was obviously damaged and the fridge itself had several issues."

"The location of the hotel was perfect! You can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The pool was fantastic, and I really appreciated that they provided swim toys and life jackets for the kids. The staff was also great—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There were a few downsides. The coffee machine in my room didn’t work, and the door was difficult to lock, so I had to keep checking it to make sure it was secure. The breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. There weren’t many options, and every time we went down, the food was scarce. Overall, though, we had a fantastic stay. The location, pool, and helpful staff made it a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"The property was fantastic. Clean, fresh and the breakfast was great! The staff was great as well. everything was wonderful, except for one small detail...the most important for a hotel...the bed....That was awful. My spouse and I both woke up with extremely sore backs after trying to sleep on the mattress. Thankfully we were able to book a massage that next day to help alleviate our sore backs."

"The freezer door was broke on the mini fridge so it was frosted over. Couldn’t use it. Bathroom lighting was kind of dim. Shower could use an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Close enough for our trip to the beach and to Michigan adventure. Overall, not a bad place for the price."
