"Room was great. View kind of stunk, but it was minor considering everything. Check in staff wasn't that great. I was having issues with the check in kiosk so went to the front desk and the clerk was very short and not very welcoming. I questioned the rate as I didn't realize there was a $100 hold charge and she was very snippy with me about it without fully explaining. We also dealt with a very rude shuttle driver. I went to check how long he would be there before leaving the airport and without explaining, he just told me 3 more minutes and that was it. If we weren't there in time we would have to wait. I asked for how long it would be and got a "welllllll, I have to drive to the hotel and back, so however long that takes.""

"I loved the convenience of the ElDorado property. We were able to seamlessly pass from El Dorado to Silver Legacy and Circus Circus as if we were in one building. T th he bakery area next to the elevator offered so many delicious treats. I recommend you try the carrot cake."

"Room and hotel are clean and nice and we enjoyed our stay. When we booked via Expedia the listing mentioned that the room had a fridge and hot tub/bath. Not sure if the mix up was at the hotel or the expedia listing but our room did not have a bathtub."
