“Staff is very friendly and helpful, I love seeing all the dogs that guests bring with them.”

“It was the last hotel on a long road trip, and it was the worst. The first was that they gave us a tool room used by the housekeepers and the door kept slamming shut until 10 o'clock at night. It was really horrible for us as we were tired. And the pillow smelled like a pile of smelly hair. It's been a few days since I stayed at this hotel, but I can still remember the smell. They need to level up the hotel a little more.”

“Quick service at the front desk was made for convience. Swimming pool and workout facility were excellent to make stay comfortable. Large parking lot was very attractive and good location to Spark area was good, too. I will consider to visit Nugget in the near future.”

“We had never stayed at a casino / resort. We enjoyed our time at the Grand Sierra. We found the room comfortable and the staff helpful and welcoming. Though we are not gamblers, there were many other options such as shopping, bowling, and other personal amenities. It also appeared very family friendly as there were several baseball teams staying at the resort for a tournament the week we were there.”
