“The room was overall clean but had a slight odor (like pets) and there was some pet hair under the bed that had not been cleaned up. Staff were great, parking was great, breakfast was great, hot tub was great. Pool coulda been 5 degrees warmer.”

“Check in was at 4pm, our room wasn't clean until 9pm!!! The room was dirty, most lilely due to houskeepimg rushing. There was a line out of the lobby with many other guests upset and unable to check in. This was absolutely unacceptable. Management was little to no help!! Will NEVER stay again ”
