โThere were a lot of people in the hotel so kind of busy, and also hallway was little bit smelly Due to thrown away trash in the trashcan next to the elevator. However, the hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.โ
โFood options and drinks were great. All employees from bartender, servers, valet service and front desk service people were all very helpful and polite. Valet staff was very friendly and honest.โ
โWonderful location on Division near great eating and fun shops. Walking distance to Hawthorne atop! Like a classic โbed and breakfast.โ bonus for long stays: free washer and dryer! Friendly staff, comfy rooms (tho we were in the basement, not the best view).โ
โIt was just a place to sleep before I flew out. I got in late and everything was set up for me.
Breakfast was continental, with cereal, toast and hard-boiled eggs. Perfect for vacationers.

โWe had a nice relaxing comfortable time at this hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful. We had beautiful views of the river and the city in the suite we were in. โ
โSโmoreโs and unlimited games at night, brilliant! No fuss continental breakfast was new and free pinball was a blast. Our first room was unfortunately smoked in, they moved us no problem. We walked to the Saturday Market, dinner at the Duck House and brunch at Motherโs Bistro both were excellent. Another fun getaway to Portland โ
"The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesnโt seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission.
The tap water is also quite murky. They claim itโs mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water.
The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40โ50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they werenโt particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels.
It wasnโt a bad experience, but Iโll likely try other hotels next time."
