โNot new or upscale but it was clean, the room and bed were comfortable ,and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Has all the amenities we wanted. Would definitely go back. โ
โIt was wonderful there! The moment we arrived we were enthusiastically greeted, offered brownies, help with luggage, shown room, and more. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable, and furnishings up to date. Breakfast included food choices, inside or out on the patio, and quick service. The people who worked there were friendly and caring. We hope to return next time weโre in the area. โ
โHaving read previous reviews that criticized the reception, staff, excessively loud A/C, uncomfortable beds, etc, I arrived with definite worries. Our stay could not have been better!!! โWe enjoyed our stay at the Whitlock (part of the same management as the Constance). Good restaurants easy to walk to. Quiet. Only thing we missed was a comfortable armchair in the bedroom.โ
โ33 Main is the best of everything. We have stayed at the location twice and loved each experience. The breakfast is delicious, accommodations are beautifully curated, and itโs perfectly located in Lenox. Highly recommend and we will be back! โ
