“Everything was good, except when I entered my room the air was off. It was very hot, it was uncomfortable as I wanted to relax after my flight. The employees were very professional and attentive :)”

“The room was clean, it was a very nice hotel. The only complaint that I have is that the walls are super thin, and you can literally hear everything beside you. We heard conversations as clear as day, we heard music is clear as day, we smelled scents that we’re coming from their room and we also heard the toilet flushing as well as the shower running. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.”

“We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Winston-Salem while visiting for a local tournament. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared recently renovated. While some of the finishes weren’t perfect, they were still well done overall. The hotel seemed fully booked, so it did get a bit noisy at times, as sound carried through the walls and doors. “This is the cutest Victorian Inn. The concierge was super nice and we even got an invite to “social hour” with complimentary glass of wine or beer. If we didn’t move into town I would stay there every time we came to town. Oh and the cat that roams the place is adorable!”

First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details.
