“As it was very hot and humid, question why lobby and at least some of dining area weren't air conditioned. Areas were always clean, staff was kind and helpful. Also, would have been nice to have early morning coffee available Coffee machine in room didn't seem to work.”

“Beautiful place to stay! Love the beach not crowded.”

Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again.”

“Staff were great.”

Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...
