"It was a great hotel. Nice that it was new but still had old world feel to it.
Bed was a bit too soft for us, but overall everything was great. The breakfast was amazing. "

"Excellent curb side to room to storage to cab service by super available friendly and efficient bell staff. Nice grille with local speciality offerings. Only downside was dangerous and uncomfortable ( for us older types ) tub in bath and fixed shower head. Much prefer shower head on a cord with a single strong stream setting among others as we are used to a bidet. "
"The staff here are really friendly, well-trained, and proactive. We only needed to hint we were looking for something and they stepped out of their way to make us happy. We did a lot of walking in the area. There was lots of shopping and dining options. Our tours picked us up right in front of the hotel. I am sorry we took your bed apart to find out who made the mattress it was so comfortable. I hope housekeeping was not too upset with us."
"Our room was nice , clean & big , only comment we have is when we check in 8/22/2025 @ around 3:30 pm or so the staff that help us was somewhat easily get irritable like when my husband was asking where was the dissabled parking was he flatly said ( you see my hand ) pointing at the place where to park we sure did not appreciate his attitude , he was very impatient he should not be in the front office in our opinion "
"I was disappointed when we checked in we called after arriving at 11:00 am and enquired about an early check in we were told they will try but pls check back later. We arrived at the hotel for check in shortly after 3 pm they said the room isn’t ready and they took our cell number and said they will let us know when it’s ready. Shortly after 4 Pm I checked back at the desk and they said they basically forgot about us and gave us another room.They gave us a voucher for a free drink, not the service you would expect at this level of hotel. We dined in the Q for breakfast the first morning great food and service, the second morning they mistakenly added us to a group and we found the service at the table was subpar. We had to ask for coffee refill, there was no condiments or Jams brought to the table until it was requested. At the end of the meal they put our bill onto the group and it took an extended amount of time to get that sorted out. The next day I ordered the ham and brie omelet but it was dry and the ham was diced can ham. We did enjoy our reservation for the tearoom. "
