โVery decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more...

โThe hotel was very well located for public transport and dining options/ supermarket - the staff were friendly - there was a useful fridge in the room. Although there was no air con, fans were provided which worked well in the heat. โ
"The reception has been so kind for any request. However, the elevator has stopped while I was in there... and they didn't notice the customers not to use the elevator before it is being repaired. The room condition was not clean. I found a lot of dusts on the table and inside the toilet. The hair dryer was also dirty incluing the dust... I am doubtful about this 4 Stars hotel.. "
