"The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities are old but clean (though I noticed some water stains in the toilet).
The check-in staff was kind and helpful, but the person I spoke with on the phone tried to charge extra for breakfast even though it was already included, which felt unreliable.
However, the bath and breakfast were excellent, so I’m satisfied overall and would stay again."

"Absolutely wonderful experience inside the hotel. Very new and clean rooms with excellent views. Terrific breakfast. The hotel’s only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata. "
