โTarpon Tale Inn is a hidden treasure! If you want a quiet getaway on Sanibel Island with quick access to the beach, a private patio and grill, access to bicycles, an outdoor hot/cold shower, a shell washing station, and beach chairs/umbrella/wagon - this is it! The owner, Joe, has an eye for detail and it shows throughout your stay. I wanted a beach experience and thatโs exactly what I got at Tarpon Tale Inn. Other than to explore (Blind Pass, Bowman Beach, Turner Beach and Captiva) the island...
โThird time staying in Sanibel.
This hotel (or Inn) is amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room is amazing. Huge space, nice kitchen and supplies, balcony with a lot of chairs and table to sit and relax.
King size bed was great and bathroom has 2 sinks - identical as photos.
They offer 1 covered parking spot (in the summer or raining season, this make a difference).
The Inn is right at the beach, in a private and nice place at Sanibel - away from the public beach area. My wife loved...
โThe pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience โ
โTween Waters was amazing!!! Our Studio King room with Ocean View in the Sea Grape was beautiful and completely updated!! We could see the most beautiful sunsets right from our private balcony!! The pool area was wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious!! We found the most beautiful shells on the beach! We canโt wait to come back!! Definitely 10/10!!โ
โThe cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend itโ
โThe property was very nice. The hotel was in a very convenient location. It was very close to the beach and many dining locations. It also was very quiet which is a huge plus. This was our first time here and definitely wonโt be the last. โ
โLoved the social hours. Free drinks/food -and the food is more than you would expect! Wish the bar was open at other times too though. Room is nice and quiet and clean.โ
โThis area was so beautiful and relaxing that I did not want to go back home to reality. I will definitely be visiting this place again. I especially loved the views from my room and the pool.โ
โEverything about the property was amazing it exceeded my expectations, food all restaurants on site were great !! comfortable rooms easy access to the beach and three pools. There are a few things that consumer should know it is a cash free establishment. Everything is charged to your room with taxes, gratuity, and fees as well. There is a bus that runs up to Times Square and over the bridge you will need exact change and be aware of the times for pick up and drop off. Or you can use golf cart...
