"Pretty nice hotel, good price, everything looked new, very clean, comfortable bed, adequate size room, big shower. We didn't eat the breakfast because it was 21 euros......a little pricey. There was no heat in the rooms because the hotel controls it and decides when to turn it on/off. Luckily, we didn't need it despite the cool mornings. The metro station was across the street and very convenient. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. This hotel is in a middle-eastern neighborhood - probably Turkish, but we felt safe and found the people very friendly. Would we stay there again? Yes, unless I found another similar priced hotel nearer to central Paris. "

"Very poor value for money overall. The hotel is extremely basic for the price you pay. While it seems quite new and generally well maintained, there were too many basic issues throughout the stay. The room was never actually cleaned during our stay - they would only make the bed and change the towels every two days, but they wouldn’t wipe down the bathroom sink, clean the surfaces or even remove things left on the nightstands. Paying hotel prices in Paris and not having the room properly cleaned daily feels quite unreasonable. On top of that, several basic amenities didn’t work properly: the fridge wasn’t working (which is frustrating when you store food without realizing it’s not cold), the main shower faucet didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain. Overall, it felt more like paying hotel prices for a hostel-level experience."

"Great experience as a solo traveler. Friendly staff and they spoke English which was amazing. Beautiful rooftop and restaurant. Overpriced breakfast but it was ok. Free entertainment on a Thur night. I would go again. Near bus transportation bars and cafes."

"Ventilation was vroken. Room was super hot. Windows not opening. Our room wasnt clean for check in at 2 pm. But room was clean . And area is far from Paris attraction. "
