"Rooms are tiny"

"For a budget hotel I was really impressed by the cleanliness and the customer service. I booked the double room although I went solo. The room was spacious for a single person but I think it would be too small people. I arrived well before check in time but the receptionist was so sweet he still checked me into my room . "Reasonably cheap hotel that is central and quiet. I've stayed here quite a few times. The bathroom is ensuite, there is a kettle. The bed is comfortable too."

"Booked 3 single rooms for a stag weekend. The rooms are small but as you’d expect for central London. Where they really excel is that they’re extremely well fitted out, very comfortable and very clean. Great value for money, great location, feels safe and secure and the staff are friendly and helpful!"

"The staff was incredibly helpful with local transit directions and luggage. One off-duty staff member saw me walking towards the hotel with my two suitcases and provided assistance in reaching the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. "

"A very kind receptionist was able to accommodate me in a brand new refurbished room,with a kitchenette facility,as a free upgrade,and at an earlier checking in. That enabled me to continue with the work in a peaceful environment,accompanied by the bird song throughout. Away from the bustle of the city centre,yet very close,within a walking distance,within this part of the conservation area. Definitely great potential there."
