We had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower from our room (room 50), and the room itself was exceptionally clean and spacious. The hotel itself really does have that authentic Parisian feel and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. "We have been to Paris few times & this is the worst experience so far. Hotel room was dirty, door knob was broken, bathroom tub wasn’t shower proof so water was spraying all over. Area not that great. Don’t recommend at all"

"Old small hotel. Extremely well kept. But small and noisy due to its era. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was dated but super clean. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets "

"We stayed a few days at Hôtel Aviatic to visit Paris and we had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect (5mn walking distance from Denfert Rochereau subway station), the room, despite being a bit small, was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good enough to freshly start the day. I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Paris and doesn't wish to spend too much money in a hotel."

"The hotel was clean but even if the property is rated 2 stars the management must be more generous in terms of comfort. Only one towel, one toilet paper roll in the room. No shampoo, only one tiny bar soap! Receptionist barely speak French, did not try English. Remote control with no batteries. Very tiny elevator, NOT SUITABLE FOR WEELCHAIR AT ALL. I know it’s Paris, but it could be better. The night receptionist was pleasant. May be zero-star motel."

"This hotel is in a completely pleasant, safe, walkable, primarily residential neighborhood. There are lots of dining, bar, & food resources - like neighborhood bistros open late and Sunday/Monday. My room faced the main street that was busy during the day but very quiet at night for excellent sleeping! Short, flat walks to 2 Metro stops. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I speak only English. Their English is excellent."

"Outstanding for a 2 star hotel, the guys on reception were very accommodating, very lingual, and always willing to help! The room is small, but has all you need, the shower is quite small, so if you’re a larger person, i wouldn’t recommend, as it’s quite a squeeze in there. We had no issues with bed bugs, despite the ongoing ‘crisis’ paris is supposed to be in. The bed was very comfortable extra pillows if necessary, we had good access to sport on TV, like formula 1, Ligue 1 and the BPL. The...
