"Great customer service, friendly and happy staff, parking easily accessible and close to many restaurants. Beautifly updated lobby. Parking lot is very tight for turning corners and arrows are on opposite side for you to stay on than expected. The parking lot has an odor but not unbearable. Parking is quite expensive per night. Walk way to elevators could use some better signage along with signage for which elevators go down to parking. And elevator area in parking area could use some...

"My spouse and I were in town for a couple of sports event. The Blu in convenient to walk to all venues, as well as take advantage of the beautiful city of Toronto. Close to the Amsterdam brew pub, where we enjoyed a pre-game meal and beer. All great experiences. "

"Close to subway station, Walmart across the road, and free parking/lots of spots. Clean, quick check in/out. Only negative I would say is it is looking dated and needs updating. "

"The hotel is dated but that is equally the charm of this place. There are pros and cons so read in entirety for balanced review. The hotel is well situated downtown and easy access to Union Station where you can take the UP train to and from the airport. The rooms are basic and it would be nice if there was a shelf in the room to put your clothes in. I had to use the window sill and there certainly is room for something like an IKEA floor shelf. There is no fridge in the room and if you want...
