"Stayed in 2 bedroom unit great view of the planes landing and taking off, which we love to watch, and beautiful sunset. Plane noise didn't bother us at all but to a light sleeper it might make a difference. Staff super accommodating and friendly. We got in early around 10:30 am. Our room was not ready but they checked our bags and put us on a wait list for an early check in. "The bed is one of the best that I have slept on in a hotel, and I have been in a lot of hotels. This includes places like Wyndham, Hyatt, Intercontinental and more."

"Overall great hotel. The food and staff was great. My main complaint is that this hotel is very difficult to find. The view on the street showed no visible sign of this hotel. We found the Loft and turned there. We found a tiny sign with Element on it. The outside of the building looks very uninviting. Need a giant well lit sign. Also the trees block the sign."

"It's a casino - obviously. It makes sense to stay there if you want to play there. Otherwise, if you're just travelling, it's not the best option. The room was clean, however, several fixtures were loose, broken or looked worn (shower, bathroom etc). Nothing dramatic, but not in "excellent" condition and could do with some maintenance."

"A little chaotic in the front drive up area. Your two choices for parking are: the hotel valet $48 you can take your car in and out as you please or the parking garage across the street $20 and there is an additional $20 every time you go out. We chose valet. Rooms are very clean. Bed is comfortable. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Location is convenient and close to everything making the area very busy and loud. There is a nice Bay Area where you can see yachts go by...

"Our one night stay was great. Restaurant had great food at reasonable prices. Staff was great and very helpful. Only issue we had was the roach/water bug in our room where the refrigerator is located. Not what you want to see in the middle of the night when you’re trying to get water. Couldn’t sleep after that. Recommend that your staff sprays for bugs once in a while. "
