The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped. There are no staff on the premises but the rooms are serviced each day and the amazing variety of breakfast ingredients (including locally-sourced smoked salmon and cheeses as well as granola, fresh rolls, croissants and preserves, juice etc.)”

The extra special touches made such a difference - a face-washer and shaving cream in the bathroom, very comfortable room & lounge area topped off by exquisitely crafted and cooked hot breakfast. “This was a wonderful stay. Susan and Gordon were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and we quite enjoyed the conservatory. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and nice hot shower. The only negative I’d say was a bit of a musty smell in the room but we opened the window and it was fine. ”
