"The room was a good size, making the TV seem small. Even though I booked a room in the Ocean Tower, all I could see was the huge A/C and air filtration units on the top of the Hard Rock building. No view of the ocean or beach. I could see the hotel next door and down a block or two into the city. The room seemed warm even though I had the temperature set low, but the bed, sheets and room was comfortable and the bathroom provided nice soap and good water pressure. While I did see some area...

"Stayed here for five days and had a pleasant stay. The pillows are surprisingly comfortable (hotel pillows are usually flat). Yes, the rooms are a bit smaller, but it's NY. It's expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable."

"Older bathrooms. Moldy caulk. I bought a spray bottle and Clorox to clean the shower/tub mold. Once that was done, everything else was fine, just older. "

"It is a charming boutique hotel. There were two elevators but one was being repaired while I was there, so it took a while to go up and down. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean."

"Water leaking from bathroom ceiling at11.50 pm informed customer service told hotel full so can’t move ,told to close bathroom door stopped leak after 1 hour speaking to manager next morning he said this happens sometimes no apology "

"My stay was fine but my room was not cleaned even though I had a request on the door. Also I ordered coffee and a muffin in the morning from the in house cafe and the muffin was so stale I couldn’t finish it. "

"We chose this hotel for their unique style and the bunk bed. We are 2 women in our sixties and enjoyed our 2 nite stay in this cozy charming room! We asked for a kettle which they brought to us right away. We felt safe knowing you need a key card to use the elevator. Staff were great! Would definitely recommend this clean hotel 👍"
