"This was an amazing and relaxing experience. It was cooler (48) at night but with the heater and warm blankets it was not an issue. Hanging out in the lodge at night was a great way to end the night with a cocktail and a game of cards. We loved camping in our younger days, but sleeping in the ground isn’t for my body anymore, this gave you the camping experience without the aching back the next day. All of the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable of the area. "

"The staff was kind and professional. The hotel is nice. The room very clean and pretty. I know carpet was taken out to be more hygienic and they are difficult to maintain but I missed having carpet. Maybe put in a larger area rug. Secure it. Thank you. "

"Lighthouse Cabins were very clean and the owners are very friendly, professional and full of information for us. We were not sure what to do at this part of Acadia NP and we were helped. Lovely inside cabin, hot water all the time and free washer and drier. Would stay again. "

"Sand Bar Cottage Inn is the place to be while visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The entire property is absolutely stunning. So much time spent making sure each and every detail is perfect. From the art work covering the walls to the fresh flowers everywhere. Our favorite part about our stay was Chris, the Innkeeper. He made sure everything went smoothly and that we had the best honeymoon!"

"We loved the breakfast. It was a nice mix of fresh fruit, meat, cheese and pastries. The coffee and juice was good too. The pool was beautiful and everything was very convenient to the shopping downtown. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The property was conveniently located within walking distance to town and the waterfront. Even though it was so close to town it was still peaceful and quiet. There are two inns, we stayed at the Ullikana; a very nicely restored older home. The service was great and all staff were very gracious and friendly. Breakfast is offered every morning and was delicious. Each room is unique and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable which is something I appreciate. A few cons: no refrigerator or microwave...
