"Charming and beautiful. Yes it’s a historic building and it’s small and sometimes things look dated but by far it’s been one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and the location is perfect. A true urban gem for those looking to take in a real and raw experience of San Francisco in a safe and clean environment "

"This is a good deal for the clean and spacious room, which is about 10 minutes shuttle ride from SFO airport. Upon check-in, the hotel gave me a credit for items from their small hotel shop."

"Comfy room, and convenient airport shuttle, but major bonus points for the board & other games in the lobby. The only quibble was the pool, with an uninvitingly green tint. On an up note, we paid for breakfast and liked their voucher system, which let my grandkids pick foods they especially like instead of the usual quantity-over-quality breakfast buffet."

"Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and quiet.beds were comfy. We had a view of the fireworks from our balcony which was amazing. Short walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. Parking was easy and we always found a spot. Felt safe the entire time we were there. We will definitely be back!"

"Check in was a breeze! We were offered a multitude of upgrade options. The view of the marina was stunning and the walk along the water and the sunsets were spectacular. We had dinner at the restaurant and sat outside. It was delicious and Manny our server was knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience all the more enjoyable. "
