"There is a fee for cars to go in and out of the property, which caught us off guard initially. The staff were polite and the hotel was comfortable. "

"The staff was friendly! Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Awesome wait staff. Very nice atmosphere. Mattresses are not the most comfortable but everything else was great. "

"We liked the market place on site and the food options. It was a calm laid back environment without a lot of kids around. It’s not the Hilton or Ritz. If your looking for fancy this isn’t your spot. The fan in our the bathroom didn’t work and we had a moldy/musty smell just as you walked in. The AC was great and kept the room super cool. Overall it was a great stay. We will be back!"

"Beautiful Japanese onsen ryokan themed hotel with wonderful decor and well kept soaking pool. Loved having the en suite shower/soaking tub chamber separately divided from the rest of the bathroom, letting you feel like you’re continuing the onsen experience inside the privacy of your own room!"
