"The outdoor bar Gin and Juice was a tropical paradise with fun cocktails and a lovely garden setting. The Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and our room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll plan a trip to Cheltenham just to stay in the hotel again!"

"Hotel is in a great central location for Fairford and the pub itself is very much in keeping with the period style it was built. Being in the market place, if you have a front facing room do expect some early morning noise from deliveries to the co-op and other shops. It’s not the fault of the hotel but might help you consider a rear facing room if you’re a light sleeper. The room is comfortable and our towels were swapped for the second day. Cups weren’t washed up but that’s a minor niggle and...

"The staff were wonderful from booking in to to dining at the property to checking out. I was very happy with the experience. The cleanliness in the room was very good, but in the shower I noticed black mold in a few places on the grout. I personally am not allergic to the mold but many people are. Perhaps the shower area should be inspected on a weekly basis? "

"Brief stay, arrived very late, could not have been made to feel more welcome and looked after really well, super helpful and pleasant. Location of room was on different site, not the easiest to find but really good effort made to help prevent problems. shower drainage was a little slow but super well equipped room and very pleasant stay."

"The Ormond was ideal for our overnight stay in Tetbury.We enjoyed a drink and socialising with the locals in the bar,which had a good vibe about it.Our ground floor room was smartly furnishedand plenty big enough.The queen size double bed was very comfortable and the en-suite shower/toilet was well decorated, clean and provided plenty of powerful hot water both in the evening and morning.Our full english and vegetarian breakfast choices were well presented and ample in size.We enjoyed our stay...
