"The customer service was excellent and I appreciate their commitment to customer comfort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It was nice and quiet. Just what I needed. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is to have one lamp in the seating area by the tv. I loathe overhead lighting, as do many people. Don’t make me use it! I highly recommend staying here. Great value for the money. Thank you. "

"Really dark and quiet room but because the windows don’t open it was quite stuffy overnight, even when it was cold so I would recommend leaving the aircon on while you sleep. Also the pillows were almost too soft??? Hahahaha. Anyway nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the staff were excellent. Nice little bar attached and coffees were a good price. Also if you don’t get house keeping they give you $10 to spend in the bar/cafe. "
