"Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."

"Great hotel near the museums and park. City and beach both easily accessible by bus or a 40 minute walk through the park. Breakfast lovely, staff great. Only fault is that there is no kettle in the room. "

"It was a lovely hotel but; I took the junior suite because the description indicated that the room had a tub. It did not! This was a very disappointing find upon our arrival."
