"This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the amenities are high end and plentiful, the tea area was a great bonus. TV channels included 4-5 in Enhlish. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options and everything was very good. I really enjoyed the noodle soup. There is a huge mall within a short walk with lots of restaurants and food choices. I would happily stay here again!"

"The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and there's a supermarket opposite the hotel which was convenient as the food options nearby we're limited. The only problem with the room is that the air conditioner is not that good so at night the room was warmer than I would like."

"Pros: Great breakfast and service. Concierge was very helpful. Hotel was close to the venue but nothing else. Cons: bed is extremely hard with resultant poor sleep. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by glass! Even with the blinds drawn, you can still see into the shower from the bedroom. (Very strange). Coffee was terrible. My AC didn’t work and front desk only offered an apology. "

"Windows! Double-layered. Apartment was very quiet. We had a surprise upgrade! Good kitchenette & utensils. Superb quality of toiletries. Very helpful front desk executives, namely Alex & Grace. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant & memorable. Good location - eateries are of walking distance, an international church nearby the eateries, 1 supermarket next to Modena (till 9pm) and another smaller one near the eatery Square (24 hr). Near to airport, about 10 minutes. Easy to take a cab...

"Beautiful hotel with the added perk of the free entrance to the Panmen park until 9pm. Rooms were ok and the grounds were spectacular although the location wasn’t really ideal in the end"

"Our room had a broken mattress spring. We called the front desk. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and took care of it immediately. Will definitely be back!"

"Nice hotel and excellent location for Guanqian Jie and other sightseeing sites with very good public transport connections. There are plenty dinning options near the hotel within walking distances."
