โThis hotel is on a large property with a spacious courtyard. Our room had a small balcony which we enjoyed. Hearst Castle, Elephant Seals (and Otters!), the light house, and Moonstone beach are all short drives away. Parking is easy. We had an issue with the first room we were given, but the front desk quickly assigned us to another room. They ask to let them know if you are arriving late. โThis place is fabulous. Formerly an early 20th century motor court, it has been thoroughly modernized to 2025 standards, all new rooms with great amenities, including lovely monogrammed robes!!!! And a fire pit with a raging fire also!!!

โThe property was nothing outstanding. It was adequate and clean. Parking was convenient as it's a small lot. What made it alright was it's location on moonstone beach. It's an older motel property that was upgraded and rooms remodeled, and I think $700+ for two nights was overpriced. They did serve a continental breakfast that was ok, if you wanted something light. โWe loved our stay here. It was very quiet and walkable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. There was plenty of vanity space. The room was quite large. The Smart TV allows you to use your subscriptions. The only downside was our refrigerator was set too cold. It froze our food and there was no dial to adjust it down. โ
