"This property is impeccably clean and spotless ! Contactless check in but there are people to help and answer questions if needed. It’s an old building w old building issues: creaky floors, hot water in our shower was only warm at best, window AC units in each room. But the charm and ambiance makes up for it. Would have preferred a slightly more plush bed, it was quite firm for us and I would have preferred to have been able to talk to someone either upon check-in or when I called earlier in the day to let them know we would be arriving later.
