“WOW. Firstly, yes there are 183 steps to the property but the first 107 are straight up and then everything after that is a couple steps with landings and short walks inbetween. There’s also a hill to the stairs BUT they have free luggage service that they provide to help you get your suitcases up to the villa. “My wife and I spent a night here May of 2026. Our hostess was an absolute doll. She was very accommodating and she cooked a delicious traditional Italian breakfast. The room was great, spotless clean, new and modern. The location was ideal especially for its proximity to Path of the Gods. The town of Agerola is charming and very walkable, we ate a fabulous dinner at La Selva Ristorante which is mere steps from Rossy Palace. Highly recommended. ”

Everything was clean and beautiful , the staff are very nice and friendly! a bit far from spiaggia grande and the town as a walking distance but very convenient if your way of transfer is the bus, the local bus stops right in front of the hotel as the hotel location is directly on the main street and if you are planning to rent a scooter like we did , il canneto is a perfect choice since it has a private parking! Overall it was a pleasant stay!”
