"When we checked in, the attendant forgot to review the printed material and point out that housemaid by request. We didn’t realize that and when we returned to the room after being out all day, the room hadn’t been made up. When I called to inform the front desk, she didn’t ask me if I had requested it-she just apologized and said the housekeeping staff had gone home. Also, much of the parking lot was closed off for repairs so I had to park at the hotel next door."

"Stayed here one night before going on an early morning tour of the Channel Islands. We had a standard king bed room overlooking the pool area. The room was larger than most hotel rooms and includes a balcony. The room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed, including a sofa, microwave and refrigerator. The public areas are well maintained and clean, the breakfast was great, parking plentiful, and the staff very professional and friendly. The area is very quiet and safe. We could had easily stayed here several days, except I would had asked for a room overlooking the marina. The only issue we encountered was a super noisy in-room AC unit. It was cool and quiet outside, so we just slept with the balcony door open."
