Front desk staff were great and the concierge, Judy was very helpful and informative.

Rooms need upgrades badly. We had to refuse the first room given to us because it smelled like very potent B.O.

The room is in good condition. The staff is good, but my only note is the garage so if we are outside and and we arrive to the hotel. We have to get up of the car and go inside to the hotel and let them know that we arrive and then we go back to our car then we go to the garage to park our car. this is kind of exhausting other than that everything is good.

Couldn't ask for more, everything was impeccable. Cozy fire, great restaurant, perfect location, out-of-the-ordinary friendly staff, everything shiny and clean with a well-functioning ice-maker to boot.
