โThe staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here.โ

Only one thiing dissapointed is one broken shower lever.โ
โLove this hotel , stay here often, lovely rooms , quiet position, only downfall is the wi fi signal in certain rooms is not very good, otherwise great place.โ
โI liked the simplicity of the decor, there were no dust traps and no chemical odours disguising smells. Although the proximity of the restaurants and spa were close by there was no evidence of cooking smells or noise, I really did enjoy my stay, the staff everywhere went that extra mile, They were amazing.โ
โMy husband and i went to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary here , the staff were friendly , food was lovely and the Bar was really nice, everything we needed for a lovely ,quiet ,relaxing stay .โ
