"The rooftop area was unfortunately strongly smelling of chlorine brightly lit and ymca like and had some smokers up there.
The room was fine though old but the band was a bit loud.
Breakfast was not only truly terrible and not as advertised but no refund was offered for the inedible omelet with plastic cheese (they subbed it as they were out) overcooked and took 35 minutes with only one other table there. My partners toast was very soggy and dripping literally all over the table with margarine.
We will not be back. "
"We fell in love with Pine Bungalows and Jasper. We are thinking of coming back this fall. How about a package deal for four or five nights outside the high season?
"
"When we got to our room the temp was 76.5 degrees. Much too warm to sleep. So I called the front desk and asked someone to come and take a look at our air conditioner. We waited 30 minutes and no one came so I called the front desk again. They finally sent a maintenance person who gave me a fan and told me to open the window. We had a very restless sleep. In the morning the temp was still at 75 degrees. "
"The hotel was very well kept and clean. It is located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the train station. The bus stop is a very short distance across the street. I would stay there again."
"Amazing setting. Some amenities were closed due to construction but we were aware of this before arriving. Don’t bother doing the planetarium. It’s a waste of money. "
"Hotel was amazing the pictures of the rooms dont do them justice, only a 10 minute walk into Jasper. We saw elk outside our room at night which was amazing! No breakfast included but i think that is a standard in this area. Rooms were very comfortable. Definitely a good option when staying in Japser."
