“락스나 크루즈타는곳과 걸어서 넉넉잡아 20이내로 위치가 좋습니다. 1층은 유명한 맥주집이어서 젊은 여행객들이 더 맞을지도. 친절하고 지내기도 나쁘지 않았으나. 5성급 호텔서비스기대할 예민한 분들께는 어쩔지. 다음에도 이곳에 다시올 생각. 가격대비 아주 마음에들었습니다”

“The air conditioning & ceiling fan are both effective. It's very close to the Surfers Paradise tram stop. Good for a budget stay. ”

“Ok this is an old building and we should appreciate that. The room facilities were basic (the shower head leaked reducing pressure, one electrical blanket did not work and the general cleaning could be better) we thought that the continental breakfast layout could be better to reduce congestion. The breakfast was toast, cereal and limited fruit. Tea and coffee was available. The location was excellent over the road from the railway. The staircase is magnificent . Would I stay there again, not...

“Outstanding property and environment, but unfortunately understaffed with poor communication. Could have been the best stay of our trip but spoiled by amazing lack of information. It felt like a cynical exercise in capitalism. ”
