“Great place to stay. Not crowded like Ponta Delgada. Is in a residential area, with a 2 minute walk to the shoreline. Nice area to walk along shore, a small ocean bay with a swimming within a 10 minute walk. Stayed on the second floor, they advertise you dont have a ocean view, but ocean was viewable as well a shore line to the west. Very clean, modern and quiet.”

“What an absolute dream of a space - inside and out! We loved every minute of our stay at Furnas Lake Forest Living. The location is a perfect home base for getting around the island, exploring hot springs, and hiking. There are several local hikes within walking distance or 5-10 mins driving. The decor is sleek and comfortable with lovely attention to detail. We also had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which is a MUST-- the best food we had during our stay. We'd highly recommend Furnas...

“Beautiful property which was an old tea factory. The room we had came with a well stocked kitchen and tons of amenities (including laundry on site). Check in was easy and communication was great. Anna included lots of recommendations for food, hikes and sites to see on the island. Would return. ”

“Ons gedeeltelijk zeezicht, was een raam in de slaapkamer, niet vanuit de woonkamer. We moesten onze aankomsttijd doorgeven, er kwam echter geen reactie op de mail en op een appje, de telefoon werd wel opgenomen. Verder een heerlijk zwembad.”

“Großes Appartement, mit antiken Möbel eingerichtet. D.h. das Sofa war total unbequem, die Betten auch. Nachts ist es laut durch die auf der nahen Straße beschleunigenden Autos und Motorräder. Der Fahrstuhl ist wohl schon länger defekt... Die Lage ist gut, Sauberkeit, Größe und Ausstattung auch.”
